"I switched from Progressive to State Farm. I'm very glad I did. State Farm actually placed 2 calls to me, seeking my business, I'm not a business minded person and I set up a call to listen to their sales pitch. This company saved me money, with more responsive and personable services. I've dealt with Halle, Shelia, and Nicole at different times. They have delivered excellent and professional service. Nicole often takes my phone premium payments. She is very courteous and I often learn things about traffic law and other things that just help make me a better driver. Progressive just felt like another impersonal big company experience. State Farm feels like I'm back on the farm with people who truly have my best interests at heart. Professional and Personable. That's State Farm. Never dealt with Mr. Pfaff directly, all the hired hands tell me he's a solid guy, I'll take their word on it, they have earned my trust. Peace Out"

We did a zoom call and he walked me through the whole process and explained it.
