"We had a claim for water damage at our home. We then had to deal with different vendors for clean up, cabinet removal and replacement, and remove wood flooring (Lappins). Counter top removal and replacement (Solid Surface Specialists). Plumbing work (Every Plumbing). Wood floor replacement (Floorcrafters). Had a little difficulty because our claim was assigned to an agent in Arizona. I had to deal with Hallie at Kurt Pfaff's office. [I would like to comment that she helped me with every question or concern I had. ] All of the claims were handled well and paid in full."
